The latest leaflets detailing walks in Pollensa make no mention of the walk across the Ternelles finca, the one that has caused so much controversy for so long. Though it is still the case that permissions can be given by the town hall for groups of walkers to enter the finca, the most recent legal ruling declared that the finca was private, a decision that the town hall has not appealed.
