No cloud first thing, as with the last couple of days. It looks like it will be a straightforward mid-September scorcher. Local highs to 25 by 08:00, with a possible maximum of 31 later on.
Not as hot as had been predicted, the day's highs were shy of 29 degrees, but warm enough for mid-September, that's for sure.
