MALLORCA TODAY - Air Europa strike set to go ahead

The strike of Air Europa pilots, as from 22 September, still appears to be on the cards, following a meeting between the boss of the airline and pilots' representatives yesterday. There was a demonstration against the planned strike by employees of Globalia (of which Air Europa is a part), and Air Europa says the strike is not justified as there has never been any intention, which seems to be the basis for the pilots' grievance, to outsource flights.
